25 Windsor is a fully restored 1850s carpenter gothic ALL season beach house. Our goal was to carefully blend its historic charm with all new amenities. Restoration includes insulation, gas heat, full AC, laundry, new kitchen with 2 frigs, 8 bedrooms, 5.5 baths with a 7x7 outside shower w/ ht/cld water. Relax on one of two front porches, 2nd floor has ocean views! Approx +- 1/2 block to Beach(yeah its close to the beach) & 2 blocks to Washington St. mall . Windsor beach features the Cape may life guard headquarters. Available year round for surfing, birding ,jazz weekend, holidays. Please call for seasonal prices and availability which vary week to week. Peak season rental is 7 days min. ,Sunday to Sunday but The weeks of 6/9th 6/16th & 8/11 are available for 3&4 & week stays . Sorry ,linens /towels are not provided.
