We stayed at Jiva mid October 2022, and it was a truly amazing experience. The hospitality first and foremost, was second to none. Every favour was dealt with speedily and was very accommodating. I was recovering from COVID 19 and was still weak, so this sort of welcome was amazing. The room was spacious and obviously, the private mini swimming pool, straight off the terrace of the room, was a bonus. My partner enjoyed it, but the water temperature was too cold for me to swim. I still enjoyed it, and dipped my toes in it, and sat next to it, which was a great feeling. The resort itself is pleasant to walk around, has many great facilities and places to sit and enjoy the mild autumnal weather we had. It is nice to have the beach access too. The catering was exceptional, and although we wished we had been told about the à la carte usage rules beforehand, we thoroughly enjoyed the buffet. It was fully staffed, and drinks were always replenished, my partner rather liked his beer. I loved the charcuterie, my first proper introduction to non pork charcuterie, the salads were great with many dressings, the hot dishes were so diverse and catered to a wide range of dietary preferences. Our only regret was that until our very last meal, we had not known that there was a grilled lamb/chicken and fish section. It ought to come out of this tucked away place, because this is Turkish food, so some guests, certainly us, would have really enjoyed having it. We were grateful for the 24 hours a day eatery, although I would like to suggest that the sandwiches there are kept as fresh as the lovely soup and cakes on offer. After a long flight, and into the night, with the other restaurants closed on site, the sandwiches felt a bit stale.We highly recommend Jiva, and hope that it upholds its very high standards.

If you are looking for the perfect relaxing holiday Jiva is the place to be. Everything is amazing !! We did find the beds too hard but once mentioned we received mattress toppers straight away x food and drink 24 hours a day. Nothing is perfect but heck this resort comes pretty close. We had the swim up room which I highly recommend as really changes your experience having a pool at your door step. The water was cold even on a 30 degree day but you just have to adjust your body to it. The buffet food was exceptional and plentiful and so was the drinks. I think what stood out most was the nightly entertainment that kept you excited for the night to come. You can see the entertainment team really put in a lot of effort to source the best performances. Having stayed at other resorts we were quite surprised the quality of the entertainment. Would probably come back to this again one day. 3 nights was a perfect amount of time for us. Just don't expect perfection and you'll have a great time. For example the flooring in our room was warped and lifting in one spot because I imagine people leave puddles of water in the room. It's not a huge resort but that's not a bad thing as there's not too much walking and there is always a bar close by. Beds and pillow are firm and you can ask them to put a foam layer on top of the mattress which helps.

Good location, great clean rooms and a beautiful view from the window. of the minuses: little space by the pool, there is always a crowd; you can't eat anywhere after 10p.m. if not pre-registered; country disco with old-fashioned music; after midnight, all life in the hotel dies out, we could not find where we can drink a co*cktail, everything was already closed. we booked a room by phone, the staff did not warn us upon arrival that we had an all-inclusive rate. rest in this hotel is not for the young and active!

Staff all across the hotel were brilliant, friendly, and helpful food excellent can not fault it we are taking our holiday on the 9th June 2023 back again for 11nights it will be a celebration of our Golden wedding really looking forward to it

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Jiva beach Resort and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. And I would like to thank the management staff because they prove that they care so much about the guests comfort and safety.

Just checking out after spending a lovely week in this beautiful resort. Staff friendly and helpful. Food very good excellent choices for even the fussiest of eaters (me). Entertainment very good. Room was spacious and plenty of wardrobe and cupboard space. Only downside didn't get a good night's sleep bed was very hard and so were the pillows. Woke up in the night each and every night which has resulted in backache. This really needs to be put right. But thank you for a lovely stay and we will be back in the future.

The service we received at the main restaurant was outstanding, thanks to our two waitresses who worked near the fruit/dessert section of the restaurant (Aiysha? And another short slim lady – sorry I’m terrible at names). Their friendliness and attentive service made our dining experience truly enjoyable.The service provided by the lady at the cooking station pasta bar was exceptional. Their promptness and courtesy made our meals a delightful experience. The friendly lady at the cooking station (pasta) was very helpful and always served us with a smile.A special shout out to the staff at reception who were always patient and helpful when I asked them to change my money into smaller notes. This was very important for me to be able to change bigger bank notes into smaller notes.Thank you to these wonderful people that made our holiday truly exceptional.

Wow!!! Second time staying here and it doesn’t disappoint either. Twice now we have booked the attic room and got fantastic room with views of the mountains and of Jiva itself. From moment you arrive till you leave for airport the hotel doesn’t fail in anyway!!Location is perfect. Food is up there with the best!! Always something to eat even for the fussy ones. Everyone we have spoken to regarding Jiva have booked holidays themselves. We have just recently returned from 10night stay to have booked again for November this year!!Well done Jiva!!!

Absolutely lovely service. While in the dining room we (me and my disabled mother) were served by Peristah, she was amazing to both of us. Whenever we entered the dinning room she had our table ready for us, as in she had moved the chairs in room for the wheelchair and had water ready, she also remembered out drinks order for breakfast lunch and dinner. Absolutely lovely woman and so considerate.

We really enjoyed ate time at Jiva, it’s very well staffed we never felt the place is under staffed. The food is amazing there’s so many to choose from. PoolIs clean. We couldn’t find any fault with this hotel. The only thing I can say is for me the food is a bit too salty.There’s a staff named Devran she is amazing, we always go to the area she is in to have are good. She’s super quick very friendly she works so well with other staff and helps other staff members. She loves what she dose. We hope when we come next time she will be a manager.

I had a very good holiday in this resort. the food was very good, the staff were excellent - I've never experienced customer service like this. The resort is maintained well and is clean. The children's entertainers are very good.Areas of improvement:- We were told we would have to pay 60 euros per person to visit the A La Carte restaurant. This was quite disappointing because this is one of the more expensive resorts in the area. I've stayed in several resorts and you usually get a minimum of one night A La Carte as part of your stay.- The hotel has a "cafe" that is open 24hours a day but the food is limited to cold sandwiches that have been out a while. Other 5 star resorts will have hot food or a snack bar open until late so even if you miss dinner you can get something hot to eat when you're feeling hungry.Overall a good experience

This is my second day..it is one of the best resorts in this city..Starting from location,it has direct access to the beach,which is clean and many beds available plus a beach bar for all what you want!!shower,toilet,towels, water sportsThe reception employees are very polite and cooperative,..rooms big and well equipped,The reservation is all inclusive,3 meals a day plus 24-hour free restaurantNight activities include parties, circus, etc.3 swimming pools..Strongly recommended for who wants to spend a beautiful and happy holiday..Prices are reasonable for what they give you!!!

Just returned from a 10 day holiday at Jiva. Although travelling with little kids is never fully relaxing (our toddler had multiple daily meltdowns!), we were so pleased with the resort, staff and facilities!The resort is spotless and constantly cleaned. The food was excellent with a lot of fresh and healthy options (the Turkish ala carte restaurant was a special treat!) The evening entertainment was terrific with a lot of variety (I really didn't expect the entertainment to be something I would pay attention to, but it was great!). The staff were attentive, welcoming and went above and beyond! The most stand-out for us as a family were the lovely staff in the kids club! Our daughter wanted to spend as much time in the kids club as she possibly could and it was all because of the friendly and welcoming staff at the club. Thank you to everyone at Jiva for a great holiday! Cant wait to be back!

Jiva beach is just an amazing place for a true relaxing vacation.The food is just delicious and has such a variety of it that you can’t decide what to eat. All compliments to all of the hard working staff here from chefs in the kitchen to the cleaning staff, guys at the bars and reception desk.They are all extremely kind and professional.The rooms are beautiful and spacious.The beach is really nice and has a hotel bar in it. The beds are comfy so we literally spend all the day at the beach.There are various activities throughout the day so you’re never bored.For all of the ladies there is a hair and nail salon for which I was really grateful since my nail broke and they fixed it in 10min.We’ll be coming back here in the future for sure!

Wow, this place is truly somewhere to mark on your ‘to go’ list! Nothing negative to say whatsoever! Our expectations were exceeded way beyond what we could have hoped for. Staff and service superb. Food is just, wow!! Huge variety, and quality/value for money is 5 star! Rooms are comfortable, and nicely decorated. Entertainment was superb, with massive variety for all ages! The resort is super relaxing, comfortable sun loungers, and despite the resort being full, never felt it, as there’s so many areas to relax. Beach set up is by far the nicest in the area with access to water sports (very fairly priced). Grounds well looked after, resort super clean. Can’t praise this place enough. Already booked to come back next year! Set the bar very high for our first all inclusive package hols.

On my first impression was with the various building units it was a "Holiday Camp" but this impression was shot to pieces very quickly. All staff offered a friendly and helpful atmosphere throughout all areas.The beach bar opened during my stay and watching the sun set with a co*cktail in hand not to be forgotten.The evening entertainment was impressive although on occasions were a bit similar.As a solo traveler you always get less than the best room location and view (I ended up with the view of a brick wall) the amenities in the room were first rate and staff servicing was excellent.Restaurant and beverages throughout the resort could not be faulted. You are only as good as your team and the impression is that you have a happy workforce who enjoy offering your guests a memorable stay.In closing I would like to raise one criticism poor lighting in theLibrary area. There are so many dark areas around the resort. Looking for a quiet area to sit in a comfortable chair with a drink or coffee and good book to read. I thought the Library but the lighting is so poor I think I would need a TORCH. May I also make a plead for a card room for the card players ?This was my first visit to Jiva but on my next visit I will pack a Torch in my case !!!!!!!! I've split my review into multiple sections so you can find the part you are looking for! I hope this helps:Room - If you're considering booking a swim up room, please know it is freezing cold - even in 27 degree weather. A swim up would be a better choice in extremely hot months. The public heated pool was much better. Reception staff deal with any room issues very fast, the rooms are perfect and modern with good facilities.Food - The food can be poorly labelled sometimes and it's hard knowing if dishes are vegetarian. Having a V on the labels would make a huge difference. Desserts were always spot on. If your child will only eat pizza and chips, this is the resort for you as they are constantly out. It would be great if some chicken nuggets were available during dinner and tea for kids. And hashbrowns at breakfast would also be a really good addition.Entertainment - The concerts were really fun, vibrant and loud. DJ Iron was everyone's favourite we would've loved to have him on every single night! understand why some people complain about the noise, however they always stopped at 11pm so this is reasonable.Space and location - Huge and spacious! Staff are very helpful with directions. The location of the hotel is perfect and close to loads of places, the nearest town is exactly 3 minutes in a taxi.Staff - All lovely and professional, fast and efficient service, even the cleaners were really respectful and would always check if we wanted a mini bar fill up. We had waiters take drink orders for us from both around the public pool and at our swim up room we absolutely loved this service! 10/10Cleanliness - always really clean. Staff do a really good job keeping everywhere spotless. Room cleaners cleaned extremely fast and to an incredible standard.Beach - really nice and clean, security guard outside hotel at all times and lifeguard constantly on duty. Safe swim zones marked and sun loungers always available.Trips - there's a button outside the hotel you can press which brings a taxi directly to the door. This is a great service. There's a board outside hotel which tells you how much lira it costs to get to different locations. You will never be over charged.Salon - lovely staff and reasonably priced services. Definitely recommend getting your nails done here.WiFi - Even locals told us the best WiFi in Fethiye goes to this hotel and they aren't wrong it's incredibly fast! We had no issues at all.Overall this resort is outstanding and beautiful, anyone rating lower than 5 stars has unreachably high standards. If you're stuck between chosing this hotel or a cheaper one, I can assure you this hotel is worth the extra couple of hundred pounds. Thankyou so much Jiva! We will be returning in future

This was our second holiday at Jiva beach hotel.Just as fantastic as our first one.Staff are friendly and very welcoming.The food is extremely tasty and everyone is catered for.Our room was very nice, cleaned daily by very lovely ladies.Bar staff at all bars were brilliant, a big shout out to the gentleman that sells you wine in the restaurant and the evening staff in the lukka bar, chichin.Fantastic time we've had.Definitely recommend Jiva beach hotel x

Stayed 5 days in this all inclusive hotel this summer, loved the rooms and the food. The buffet was offering a large variety of delicious food. It was not noisy and not many families with small children. The service was not so good, especially at the reception. Waiters at the restaurant were very attentive. There are a few other restaurants on site where you can book dinner for additional cost if you get bored of the buffet Had a massage in the spa which was ok. The beach was nice, but too many people smoking there and disturbing non-smokers. I think the hotel has to take certain measurements about this.

Absolutely one of the best hotels I have stayed in, it had it all and the staff couldn't be more helpful. The food was amazing with so much choice. Great pool areas and their own beach. So good we just rebooked for November 24. Kind regards Sandra and David

Had a wonderful, restful 3 night stay at the Jiva Beach Resort with my daughter.We booked the "Couples" room, as it was a pamper break and we wanted to benefit from the jacuzzi bath. Our room was very spacious and had a partial pool view. The main restaurant and shops were a short walk away. We had a minor disaster on our first attempt using the jacuzzi bath. Water cascaded EVERYWHERE when the jets were turned on - most likely because the tub was under filled. The water was also lukewarm. However, I discovered after the fact that the tap was wrongly labelled and hot water came out when it was turned to the cold position! That was annoying as we used it on the day of our departure, so there was no opportunity to experience it with hot water. We were disappointed by the lack of sockets in the room. It would also have been nice to have a USB port to charge our mobile phones. Luckily, the on-site shop had an ample supply of travel adapters.The choice of foods at the buffet restaurant at every meal time was amazing - I felt like a kid in a candy store! There was something for everyone and we never felt the urge to eat outside the hotel. Everything I tried was fresh and tasty. However, some food items were not piping hot. The 2 a la carte restaurants were not open yet, so cannot comment on them.The complex is quite large and not very well lit at night, so we struggled to find the 24hr snack bar on arrival (after midnight). Some additional signage or a map of the site would be helpful for new/first time guests.We were rudely awoken at 1am on night 3 by room service offering us an extra duvet, which we had not requested! I called reception and alerted them and it was quickly taken back, but there was no apology for disturbing us!We thoroughly enjoyed the spa area - especially the indoor heated pool. The sauna, steam room and indoor pool are free to use and there was no need to book, which was a bonus. We paid for Turkish bath and full body massage packages. The treatments were very good and not too expensive.We didn't venture outside the front of the hotel during our stay, but from the beach we went left towards Calis Beach and found a strip with a few shops and restaurants.Would not recommend booking a room towards the beach end of the complex if you're a light sleeper. Simply an excellent Hotel and resortI find it difficult to criticise any aspect of my stay. Rooms, staff, and the food of which all was prepared and cooked on site was excellent. The al a cart evening dinner was without doubt the best of the stay.I would however like to point out that the lack of sunbeds around the pool was disappointing, all taken by 7.00am.This did not affect my stay as I prefer the beach, which is not golden sand.All things considered I would recommend this Hotel and perhaps will return.

Fantastic 3 night stay at Jiva Beach in November. They kindly upgraded us to a pool room for no extra cost because we asked for twin beds and were given a double.The food and drinks were the best ever all inclusive I’ve been to.Staff courteous and polite and the place was so clean.Good location by the beach. Despite being out of season they still put on a beach party and other entertainment.Would definitely return, but probably not in high season / school holidays

Fantastic experience there is something for all ages food was great in main restaurant and the staff was very good special shout out to recet who was always available and happy to help with a smile on his face and stood head and shoulders above the rest of the waiters. And a super special shout out to tayfun his customer centered approach and sense of humour was amazing best customer service I have ever experienced in a hotel between the two of them. Would highly recommend

We stayed here from 7th-14th April 2022.This hotel is absolutely brilliant! The rooms were very clean. The food was tasty, there was always something for everyone.We were in room 127. the cleaner, Fatma was fantastic, if we needed clean towels, she would always give them to us without a hassle.Ourroom was spotless after every time she cleaned it.As for the bar staff, Can and his team at the pool bar were extremely helpful and kind. I have a disability, meaning that I struggle to carry drinks to the table, so Can, Betul & the other staff would help me every time I had a large order.There was a massive range of co*cktails, so you weren't stuck for choice.Also, Rodney, Barney & the rest of the entertainment team were great too! They knew how to get people hyped up when it came to different events like, the shows they hosted in the ampitheatre, karaoke in the disco bar etc...The Jet2 rep, Mustafa was always on hand to help between 9am-12pm every day. It was nice to have a friendly face greet you every morning on your way to breakfast.The layout of the hotel is good, the pools are nice, nothing is much of distance from any of the other rooms.I just want to thank the staff again as they made the holiday what it was! Especially, Can, Betul & Viking - the bar staff, Rodney & Barney (Berkan) - entertainment, Mustafa - Jet2 rep & Fatma - the cleaner.

Loved our stay at Jiva - amazing value for money. There are pools/beach areas for everyone. If you like it lively the main activity pool is always buzzing and if you want more tranquil the beach is totally bliss.Food and drink were supreme every night we were spoiled for choice in the endless buffet. Paprika al a carte was gorgeous food! In the day we loved the pool time snack bar it was nice to mix it up between there and the buffet. Drinks always good quality and friendly staff. Caria disco also always a good time!Overall I would more than recommend this hotel and can’t wait to come back 😌
