What an amazing experience from start to finish! I was looking for one specific dress in a specific size, Diana went above and beyond to help us out before we ventured on our long drive to pick it up! I cannot say enough about this outstanding woman, she was helpful in every way! I have been to many dress shops for this prom and I have to tell you Norma Reed in Oshawa is the best place for Service. Thank you so much Diana and team.
The ladies there were nice enough but when it came to the actual dress, I was in love in the store and it needed some alterations done which they acknowledged, said it would get fixed by their seamstresses, which it was kind of fixed. They don’t speak great English so trying to communicate with them after having them say and promise they would fix the issues is incredibly irritating. On top of that, their “fixing” of my dress resulted in my mom and I having to go back and re-do it because the seamstress did it so poorly. Not overly happy.
I visited Norma Reed Oshawa Centre location on Easter Monday with my daughter for her prom dress. The store was incredibly well managed and not crowded at all so we were able to browse through the dresses with ease. All the staff were attentive and helpful directing us to the different dress styles and answering our questions. My daughter and I picked a few different styles, they were all beautiful dresses but still not the one. Sales representative Zo was incredibly knowledgeable and patient and helped my daughter with the dresses. Zo completely understood what my daughter was looking for and picked out a dress for her to try on, the moment she tried it on, we knew that was going to be her prom dress.We were so impressed as we didn’t know what we were looking for and managed to pick up the most perfect dress on our first visit.Our visit was a thoroughly memorable and enjoyable experience.

Great store for prom dresses! Wish we found this store earlier for my eldest daughter. They carry a variety of beautiful dresses. The customer service was great, lovely girls helped us out.
