- [Instructor] Now, the other data type that you might find useful for working with finance is the currency data type. So let's have a look at how to use that. So let's say you put in a whole lot of currency pairs like this. Let's put in Canadian. You can put in some slashes, it doesn't need to be all exactly the same. See if I've spelled all of those right, and if I go into here and you can see there's a bit of a disclaimer there, you can get rid of that if you like or it's just a good reminder and go in convert to currency. So you can see there that that has converted these currency pairs to the currencies data type in Excel, which means that we can go in and extract the rate automatically. Now, that is going to update every time I refresh but you can change the refresh settings here and let me do it for all of them. I like to make it so that it's on either manual or on file open.
