OmschrijvingJe beleeft een boeiend ontwikkelingstraject van 2 jaar. Om de 6 maanden neem je een duik in een andere afdeling en project. Zo ontdek je wat je écht ligt en leer je de bank en verzekeringen goed kennen.

De job in een notendopBij een traineeship stel jij samen met Belfius een programma van 2 jaar op jouw maat samen: jij kiest op basis van jouw interesses en talenten de 4 domeinen waarin je je telkens 6 maanden verdiept. Dat kunnen zowel financiële (dealing room, risk, finance…) als niet-financiële (marketing, HR, communicatie…) zijn.

Ofwel opteer je voor een bankgericht traject, met 3 projecten bij Belfius Bank en 1 bij Belfius Verzekeringen. Ofwel ga je voor een verzekeringsgericht programma, met 3 projecten bij Belfius Verzekeringen en 1 bij Belfius Bank.

In elke afdeling werk je direct samen met een team op strategische projecten. Wat je doet, vraagt verantwoordelijkheid en heeft dus meteen impact. Ook op jezelf, want je ontplooit je in project management, procesoptimalisering, product management…

Na 2 jaar ben je klaar om een sleutelrol op te nemen in een vaste functie die bij je past.

Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijnAl kan je er bij ons wel één worden. We zoeken vooral een straffe persoonlijkheid met een learning mindset.

Je scoort extra met:

  • tweetaligheid (Nederlands/Frans)
